Results Interface
All of MicrobeJ analyses are printed to the Results interface. The Results interface contains the different Result tables associated with the different experiments, bacteria, maxima or any specific selected outputs. The Results interface represents relationships between the different results tables using a tree structure. You can navigate the hierarchy by selecting the specific Result table. The Results interface also contains the tools to analyze or generate statistical or graphical representations for each Result table.
to load an existing set of result tables from a file such as ‘MyResult.res’. Note that the loaded result file will be appended to the list of current results.
to save the current set of results tables at the previous location. This command is enabled when an existing result has been loaded or saved at an existing location. 
to save the current set of results tables as a ‘.res’ file at the specified location for future use. 
to list the current outputs associated with the active template. Outputs can be a chart, a statistical analysis or a kymograph that have been generated and popped out to window. These outputs are saved with the active template.
to load an existing template from a file such as ‘MyTemplate.graph’.
to save the current template as a .graph file at the specified location for future use.
to list the images associated with the active result(s).
to load the current image(s).
to load the current image(s) as a virtual stack(s).
to display the Raw data panel associated with the active results table. Note that by default, the Raw data panel is displayed.
to display the Stat panel associated with the active results table.
to display the Chart panel associated with the active results table.
to display the Fit panel associated with the active results table.
to display the Kymograph/Demograph panel associated with the active results table. This command is enabled when at least one Profile had been selected.
to display the Heatmap panel associated with the active results table. This command is enabled the current Particles had been associated with parent Particles.
