Colors

This panel contains the specific colors associated with the different type of trajectories. Select to hide the specified segment.

Default: The default color of the trajectory.

Type of Displacement: If selected, allows the user to select a specific color

Moving: The color of the trajectory or the phase when characterized as ‘Moving’. This command is enabled when the ‘type of displacement’ is selected.

Diffusing: The color of the trajectory or the phase when characterized as ‘Diffusing. This command is enabled when the ‘type of displacement’ is selected.

Not Moving: The color of the trajectory or the phase when characterized as ‘Not Moving’. This command is enabled when the ‘type of displacement’ is selected.

Composite: The color of the trajectory or the phase when characterized as ‘Composite’. This command is enabled when the ‘type of displacement’ is selected.

Velocity: The color of the vector velocity.

Acceleration: The color of the vector acceleration.

Curvature: The color of the circle of curvature.

Lineage: The color of the segment between the particle center and the reference point of the parent particle when a lineage is detected.
