Bacteria

This panel contains settings related to the detection of particles using a binary mask (provided by the user or obtained de novo with the auto-thresholding function). Analysis is performed on the current rectangular selection or on the entire image, if no selection is present. This panel is divided in two sections: the Thresholding upper section and the Morphologies lower section.
